The Pépinières Européennes Pour Jeunes Artistes launches a new programme for the period 2008-2009, offering more than 50 residency opportunities between September 2008 and September 2009

During the last seventeen years, the Pépinières Européennes Pour Jeunes Artistes have fostered and supported the mobility of young artists amongst the European artistic scene.
The Pépinières launches a new mobility programme for the period 2008-2009, offering more than 50 residency opportunities between September 2008 and September 2009 in a diverse and wide range of artistic fields, aiming to reach new audiences.
The programme offers a wide range of opportunities for artistic residencies and is developed in partnership with a large number of partner organizations.
The deadline for application is May 23rd, 2008, before midnight (Brussels time). This programme is open to artists between 18 and 35 years old, residing in one of the programme’s member countries :
Austria – Belgium – Bulgaria – Czech Republic – Cyprus – England – Germany – Estonia – Finland – France – Greece – Hungary – Ireland – Italy – Latvia – Luxemburg – Malta – Poland – Portugal – Québec, Canada – Romania – Scotland – Serbia-Montenegro – Slovakia – Spain – Sweden – The Netherlands
Candidates can only apply for one single residency. This residency must be outside of their country of origin and/or residence.
In order to make the application and selection process faster and easier, applications will only be made online, using the art4eu.net website and database system, until May 23rd, by midnight (Brussels time).
Video / sound / choregraphy artists will have to send a cd/dvd by regular mail (with the limit of one cd and/or dvd by candidate) to the person in charge of the creation structure for which they are applying, post-marked before May 23rd, 2008 in order to complete their application (see inside the technical form of the corresponding residency available from our website for contact and address).
